Great book - explains a lot.
This is a quick easy read filled with helpful information and great tips. I knew I was an empath, but this book helped identify some struggles I have struggle with and the tips of dealing with them will definitely help me.
This brief book is a handy survival kit for anyone struggling as an empath. A good reference for any person in counselling professions too.
It was helpful, and some of this I have newly journeyed. However, I was left with wanting more information. Still a great book!
There was quite a bit of information for me as an Empath but I believe this is more geared towards people living with an Empath. It is on point with what you experience.
This was so deceitful. It's a fraction of an actual book. There are NUMEROUS typos throughout. NO PAGE NUMBERS. A definite waste of money.
