I love the book! A good run-through of the history of math with applicable bits for the classroom.
This book will bring one up to speed on ancient problem solving techniques. It feels a little light on information, though. More detail would've been appreciated.
Accurate and detailed information. Perfect for teachers, and even better for aspiring mathematics teachers. Having an understanding of the history of mathematics allows for deeper understanding of the subject as a whole. Great quality as well.
